Meet the Author - Adam Henson

The popular TV presenter and farmer Adam Henson will be joining us in this special evening event at the Riverside, Woodbridge, to talk about 'Christmas on the Farm', his new book.

In conversation with Catherine Larner, Adam will share stories of Christmases past and present and then signing copies of the book - a perfect Christmas gift!

Animals come first on a farm, and Christmas is no different, so he'll tell us about the time the troughs froze over, and when the snow was so deep they had to saddle up the shire horses to get across the fields. And when puppies appeared under the Christmas tree... All this and much more in what is sure to be an entertaining and enlightening evening.

Adam has spent more than 50 years on the farm, first run by his father. The Cotswold Farm Park in Gloucestershire is known for its pioneering work in rare breed conservation.

He has written five books and contributes a monthly column to Cotswold Life magazine. All this while continuing to run the farm in Gloucestershire.
