Super Mario Bros.

Finally the Mario’s Bros film we’ve all been waiting for has arrived. Directed by the team who brought us both the Teen Titans Go! films and a screenplay from Matthew Fogal who wrote The LEGO Movie 2 we follow Mario (Chris Pratt) and Luigi (Charlie Day) as they are transported to the Mushroom Kingdom via a Warp Pipe. Princess Peach (Anya Taylor-Joy), Toad (Keegan-Michael Key) and others journey through the kingdom to stop the menacing Bowser (Jack Black) from taking over the world. Along the way there’s Luigi to be rescued and of course, encounters and battles with the legendary Donkey Kong. Gaming and Super Mario Bros. has been a beloved past time for many generations since the original Nintendo game of the same name launched in 1985 and The Super Mario Bros. Movie is suited for both younger audiences and the young at heart, and the slightly nostalgic age as well.
